Well I recently was able to get my Gamecube back o.o
And play it pretty much whenever I want without my mom confiscating it o.o
Same goes with my PS2 and w/e crap... Kinda amazing actually :D
But what really is surprising was I took out Pokemon Channel to play again on the Gamecube... >_> I can't understand why I wanted to get that game.... It's so freakin pointless... Even more so than say Animal Crossing... But Animal Crossing is actually because it's fun and you can do random things in the town... and also complain about Tom and how insane he is for appearing in EVERY single damn town you build or move into and how he has the amount of money tobuild houses for people and make them pay for stuff >_> gawd...
So ya, anyways, all I did in Pokemon Channel was poke Pikachu... watch some TV shows... buy some stuff >_> Get bored... I have no idea how I amused myself.... Probably cause Pikachu is cute and all lol... And you can eve n play catch with Pikachu :D Kinda like in Nintendogs... except it works MUCH better with a stylus... It's hard to play catch with a analog stick -__-
Well onto other news... Well I'm a little obssesed with Earthbound cause it's a pretty fun RPG with some pretty hilarious aspects that are really unvoncentional... I actually would say that the selling point of the game wouldn't be it's gamepla. In fact it's gameplay is a little weird and actually quite simple. But the main selling point of it would be the characters and their personalities. Each character has their own perosnality that is quite clear when you interact with them and talk to them. It's in a way like Odin Sphere... In Odin Sphere, the graphics are pretty. Very pretty infact :D But really, the gameplay gets sorta repetitive after a while... mainly focusing on attacking and running away so that you don't get hit. But what keeps me attached to the game is the storyline... which is still really hard cause the game just happens to kill me off ALOT during boss fights... >_> Those things are hard in that game ;-;
Blehh I guess I could mention that I've started to play FFVIII which is... I would say better than FFVII. Honestly, I have some gripes with FFVII with the gameplay. Well I do know that some of these are personal such as the fact that I don't like buying magic from a shop. I personally like how it was in say FFVIII or FFX where you actually learn the magic along the way... Really it's just a perosnal taste of what I like than really a key issue. Another thing I would say... would probably be the graphics of FFVII... In the overworld, you appear as a chibi of cloud or whoever you have in your party and they run around in cities and such. Even in battles you do regain form to an adult sorta thing... but you still look really polygonal and such -__-
Really not real issues... but really just a preference sorta thing.
As for FFVIII I must say I like the storyline... it does get out of hand with soceresses and time but really, the real theme of FFVIII would be love... In a way it plays out alot like it would in an anime would or such which is probably why I like it so much ^^
Also, I realized if you went into watching FFVII Advent Children without any prior knowledge of FFVII at all, you're only going to get confused. It's really scary... Materia, life stream, mother and the what not just seem to fly over head with no real excplanation... >_>
sheesh >_> well it was a film for the fans and peopel still ate it up making lots of money for Square Enix so w/e
Well as for manga and anime these days, I've been watching Bakemonogatari, Tokyo Magnititude 8.0, Taishou yakyuu musume, Soramani(or w/e it was I can't remember), Umineko no naku koro ni, Princess Lover... and I believe that's it o.o
Well the anime that intrigues me the most would be Bakemonogatari... It's an interesting story... tho a little weird that tkaes puns and such and actually make them meaningful. Unfortunately they only work in Japanese so if you don't know Japanese at all... It's going to be much harder to catch the nuances... That also includes kanji >_> which sucks cause i don't know kanji for crap -____- But either way I would say it's stil interesting. The animation is by Shaft. It in a way gives it a sayonara Zetsubou Sensei sorta feel with how the show is presented,but it only serves to emphasize certain things more so than in other aniems and such. The only problem that I have which isn't really a problem depending on your look on it, is the amount of fanservice added into the show... well at least for the second episode >_> But honestly it's a good show ^^ go watch

Then again no one really reads this... But it's a good way to waste 20 min on something actually somewhat useful rather than doing nothing all day like I normally do ^^

I guess not too bad for 20 mins of random thinking and typing :D
That would mean that I have an average of 46 wpm.... Which is much lower than when I take the typing tests but that's cause I actually have to think to type >_> but anyways that's really beside the point.

Well randomly, I got Odin Sphere for PS2
beautiful game, and fun game ^^
<_< Plus I found Mint's seiyuu in it as well....
for some goddamn reason, the animes that I choose to watch somehow have her pop up somehwere -___-
And now a video game.... Tho it isn't a bad thing... Plus I recognized it before I looked it up ^^
Tho that's probably seomthing I shouldn't be proud of....
